Voluntary Repossession

the information provided by our Client (valid home/work address and telephone number) we will contact the debtor and attempt to setup
an appointment for the debtor to surrender the collateral. If debtor does not comply, we will notify our client and
recommend an involuntary repossession.
Involuntary Repossession
If necessary, we will affect an involuntary repossession
of the collateral. We will recover your collateral in the most efficient and safe manner possible. All assignments are evaluated based
upon the information provided to us, such as: debtor’s home address, employment, social security number, telephone numbers, previous
repossession attempts, and likelihood of confrontation. After evaluating this information, we will recover your collateral
in a safe manner.
Investigations – Debtor Locating (AKA Skip Tracing)
Bay Area Collateral Recovery is owned by Tad Camp Investigations
Inc. a licensed and insured private investigation agency (FL Lic. A2400362). Should the information supplied to us by the Client
be unsuccessful in helping us locate the debtor or collateral, we will begin the skip tracing investigation. Our goal is to recover
your collateral in a safe and timely manner.
Recovered Collateral Sales
We offer direct liquidation of your asset to help you
receive the highest value for your recovered collateral. We accept bids on your behalf through our network of dealers/buyers. After
all bids have been received, they will be sent to you for review. If you decide that there is an acceptable bid, simply forward the
vehicle title and required paperwork to us and we will complete the sale.
