According to the U.S. Department of justice, a woman is raped every 2 minutes somewhere in America.
Our women's seminar is a unique program, containing safety and self-defense information designed to empower women with the tools, mentally and physically, to better protect themselves. This course is designed to help identify personal safety issues and effectively reduce the risk of becoming a victim. We address some of the most common threats women face today, and teach effective strategies to prevent them from occurring.

This seminar will give you the basic tools you need to become more aware, as well as simple techniques to discourage your attacker from carrying out his plan if you are targeted. You will learn practical techniques to keep yourself safe as you drive your car, jog down the street, or are just out shopping.

We teach safety strategies and tools a woman can apply in everyday life to improve her safety at home, work and play. We teach you and the women you know how to use your voice to deter many types of attackers or situations. Let us teach you, your friends, co-workers, and loved ones how to avoid being a victim.

Due to the subject matter of some topics, this seminar is targeted for females 16 years and older.
